1941 - Gene Williams (aka Yogi) provided a more modern version of the Jayhawk.

All aluminum construction with each piece receiving a minimum of two coats of power coating. The back plate being .125"aluminum, with the all other features being .080" aluminum. Your Jayhawk can be displayed outside, but like any other product that is exposed to UV it will eventually fade.  So we recommend that your Jay's "Forever Home" be an indoor environment, but please feel free to PROUDLY display at your tailgate!!!!
